: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or Finance.
: Minimum of 4 years Program Management and Contract Administration experience with demonstrated leadership skills required.

The Sr. Program Manager will manage the staff of Manufacturing Program Managers who champion the manufacturing initiative with the responsibility of managing scope, cost, quality, timing, human resources, procurement, risk, communication and integration of manufacturing.
: Implement and maintain a product launch process.
: Coach and mentor Manufacturing Program Managers to ensure that company objectives are met.
: Manage projects as needed:
o Act as the primary client contact during all phases of the contract from order reciept to delivery.
o Ensure compliance with and delivery of all contractual commitments.
o Maintain critical path timeline and manage cross functionally to achieve it.
o Deliver regular project status reports to the customer, dealer, and internal stakeholders to every project.
