To deliver an excellent customer experience to our customers by answering part inquiries, providing basic car parts troubleshooting to our customers and enable them to get back on the road. They will handle inbound and may occasionally do some outbound calls to provide the best value proposition for our customer. They will provide Tier level 2 support (returns and warranty) to potentially avoid returns by providing technical support and troubleshooting to our customers and occasionally provide the same service to our internal customers.
