Identify, investigate, and resolve robotic equipment, controls, and related software for a manufacturing facility.
*** Design and build Secondary Equipment and End of Arm Tooling.
*** Install new equipment.
*** Determine utility requirements.
*** Perform preventative maintenance and quality checks for Robots, Poka-Yokes, Clip and Pin Press, etc.
*** Program Motoman and Star Robotics.
*** Troubleshoot and program ladder logic programs.
*** Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment, vision systems, ultrasonic welders, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and related components.
*** Identify and order required spare parts.
*** Track incoming and return parts.
*** Generate timeline and activity schedules to keep suppliers on track.
*** Provide trigger milestones for verification with suppliers.
*** Travel to supplier locations to confirm progress to schedule.
*** Gather, receive, maintain, and update information on suppliers and potential suppliers in Supplier Database.
