Job Description:   The Autodesk Sales Renewals Coordinator is responsible for quoting, closing and upselling Autodesk renewals utilizing the CRM system.   Responsibilities:   Experience:

  • Forecasting renewals 90 days out and developing leads for the sales team. 
  • CRM compliance is also required.
  • Promoting and selling our annual Helpdesk, as well as Helpdesk renewals.
  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate pipeline in CRM, and maintaining a renewals tracker.
  • Bachelor's DegreeRequired
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to type, compose, and send correspondence without error
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time efficiently
