Job Description: The Autodesk Sales Renewals Coordinator is responsible for quoting, closing and upselling Autodesk renewals utilizing the CRM system. Responsibilities: Experience:
- Forecasting renewals 90 days out and developing leads for the sales team.
- CRM compliance is also required.
- Promoting and selling our annual Helpdesk, as well as Helpdesk renewals.
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate pipeline in CRM, and maintaining a renewals tracker.
- Bachelor's DegreeRequired
- 5+ years’ experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to type, compose, and send correspondence without error
- Ability to stay organized and manage time efficiently
