Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex total loss claims for first and third party claimants including moderate to severe damage.
*** Initiate and conduct follow ups.
*** Verify proper policy coverages.
*** Procure and process DMV titles, bill of sales, and similar.
*** Utilize CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, and similar valuation systems to determine market value of auto total loss vehicles and manage salvage & settlement processes.
*** Negotiate with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, agents, and general public.
*** Maintain current knowledge of court and arbitration decisions, guidelines in the claims function, policy changes and modifications, and relevant laws and regulations.
*** Ensure positive customer experience and serve as point of contact for escalated customer service issues.
