The Commitment to Customer (C2C) Center of Excellence is an enterprise function within Wells Fargo’s Chief Administrative Office (CAO). With the centralization of Commitment to Customer ("C2C") Remediation functions into the Center of Excellence ("COE"), we have an immediate need for a highly skilled Auto Loans Business Systems Consultant 5 - C2C COE. This Business Systems Consultant will play the critical role of leveraging deep business systems and database knowledge to perform advanced data validation of commitment to customer remediation populations of customers who were harmed.

***We are targeting a resource who understands auto loan servicing and collections.***


  • Analysis of C2C issues to understand customer harm for auto loans
  • Querying databases via SQL to identify populations of harmed customer for auto loans
  • Utilizing auto loans business systems to research transactions on loan accounts
  • Delivering data populations and required documentation to remediation leads
  • Working with data validation teams to ensure accuracy of data populations
  • Creating business language illustrations of loans in scope for each remediation
  • Profiling data to identify outliers, quality issues, and inaccurate data


The Chief Administrative Office enables strong business performance and company operations by leading across a number of enterprise imperatives: culture, brand, and reputation.

Positions may be able to sit within other Wells Fargo Footprint locations. This is not a remote or telecommute role.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in using AFS, Brickyard and Dealer Services Data Warehouses, CARS, ECAR, EXS, and SHAW to review Dealer Services and/or Direct Auto loans and loan transactions, especially payments and charges
  • Knowledge of Dealer Services and/or Direct Auto policies and procedures, especially how loans are serviced, how collections are pursued for delinquent customers, how payments are posted, and how other charges are added to balances (i.e., late charges, non-sufficient funds charges, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis, especially researching Dealer Services and/or Direct Auto loans to analyze the major events which occurred over the life of the loan
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
