AUDIENCE RESEARCH PROGRAM LEAD
Kantar Public, Washington D.C. is hiring an Audience Research Lead for our Washington DC office and on location with our client in Tampa, Florida, and Stuttgart, Germany, as needed. Eligible candidates must have active TS/SCI clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Most job responsibilities will be performed in Washington D.C., but the candidate will be expected to travel domestically and internationally for meetings, events, client-facing strategic sessions, and to fulfill project management responsibilities.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders within and across Kantar, our prime partners, our global stakeholders and subcontractors and key decision-makers within USG agencies across DoD and DoS.
The core responsibility of this role will be to lead, direct, execute and analyze research initiatives to inform the execution of actions, activities and investments in media and communications. Client task orders will require use of multiple research tools and methodologies and we envisage analyzing a diverse range of data sources (quantitative, qualitative, online, offline, social media, opinion polls, academic research, census data, geospatial data, etc.). Research activities will evaluate ongoing and future operations to determine immediate effects and long-term behavior change.
The candidate must have both quantitative and qualitative acumen, a deep intellectual curiosity, and strength of customer focus to identify, structure and implement strategies using appropriate analytical tools and frameworks on a wide range of data sources in a variety of markets.
We are seeking a candidate who can use predictive modeling to increase and optimize client outcomes, creating and developing audience profiles for designated areas of interest. The candidate will drive analysis and deliverables to help inform and support communication strategies developed by our creative partners. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring creative delivers media and communications that are optimally informed by research findings, and in evaluating the impact of creative outputs on the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of target audiences.
The candidate will work closely with the Kantar Public research teams in Washington DC and overseas, while also networking with partners in each market as needed.
