GMG is seeking an Audience Development Manager, specifically working with Partnerships & Commerce, to help source and execute partnership opportunities to accelerate the growth of GMG's brands and various business units.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce/affiliate partnerships, email marketing and audience development within the digital media industry. You will work across all teams (Growth, Sales, Product Management, Design, and Analytics) to understand how to best reach new audiences and drive growth efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop strategic content distribution/syndication partnerships
  • Evaluate and explore new strategic partnership opportunities for GMG
  • Execute overall partnership roadmap geared to align with the company's long-term strategy.
  • Manage deliverables for various partnership, sweepstake, and affiliate opportunities.
  • Own growth of the email subscriber list via strategic partnership opportunities
  • Manage commerce relationships and work with affiliate editorial team to curate content geared towards generating revenue
  • Work with Design team to create custom assets for campaigns and promotions
  • Ownership of brand licensing deals for onsite-content and original videos
