Description

Review coverage, issue coverage letters, determine exposure, set appropriate reserves, and handle litigation for liability EPL and Fiduciary claims of low to moderate to value and complexity.

 

*** Manage claims through resolution in accordance with best practices and within authority limits.

 

*** Analyze coverage, liability and damages.

 

*** Draft reservation of rights and coverage denial letters.

 

*** Communicate with customers, brokers, and defense counsels.

 

*** Participate in mediations and negotiating settlements.

 

*** Direct activities of defense counsel.

 

*** Draft case summary reports in connection with significant reserve increases and trial preparation.
