Job Description and Qualifications.
The Calhoun Center seeks a tenure track faculty candidate for a Behavioral Scientist with experience or expertise on approach to impact cardiovascular-related outcomes.
PhD or equivalent terminal degree in Biopsychology or Psychology is required.
Other requirements: The applicant will be an expert on using contingency management therapy leveraging mobile technology-enabled strategies to achieve desired behavioral changes such as monitoring alcohol consumption and reinforcing abstinence as well as attenuating opioid addiction. Experience or effort at using transdermal alcohol sensors is another example. Technology transfer effort or success on software technology is desirable if not needed. The applicant will need to demonstrate track record of success.
