We are looking for an integrated communications pro to join our team as an Associate Vice President in our Los Angeles office to work on two of the agency's lifestyle clients – a leading home appliance company with marquee brands that foodies and design-lovers can't get enough of, and a high-end pet food brand that Pet Lovers globally are raving about.

We are looking for someone with a foundational knowledge of the PESO model, with an emphasis in not only the execution of the following disciplines, but also in how to maximize the strengths of each platform to deliver on a brand's objectives:

  • Social media: a data-driven expertise in how content creation, paid media, community management, and new and emerging platforms work together to drive purchase
  • Earned media relations, particularly in finding unique opportunities to encourage consumer, lifestyle and trade media to cover clients
  • Media and brand partnerships that can propel the brand forward by reaching new, likeminded audiences
  • Influencer and spokesperson strategy and execution that provide the cache of a third-party endorsement

Armed with a go-getter work ethic and the ability to work across cross-functional teams, this candidate will develop and launch strategic programs from the ground up. The ideal team member also has an extensive background in account management and reporting/analytics as well as a passion for building engaged audiences across any and all client channels, platforms, and mediums.

  • Collaborate on overall strategy and campaign planning for recognizable lifestyle brands, working closely with other team leads to integrate programs, find synergies and meet/exceed business objectives
  • Analyze channel performance to identify key trends and recommend new strategies, optimizations
