ABOUT THE GLOBAL COE & EARLY TALENT PROGRAM
The Global Center of Expertise (CoE) is a division of SAP's Digital Business Service's Delivery unit. Our mission is to deliver world-class services to support SAP's premium-level customers under the umbrella of MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Enterprise Support customers.
The Global CoE provides a meticulous, and strategic service to SAP's largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. We interact with individuals at every level of the customer's organization in order to meet the customer's needs. The role of a CoE team member is demanding and requires passionate individuals with the strongest technical expertise as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. The role is tasked with planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding our customers' SAP solutions.
We provide essential services and mission critical support to help SAP customers realize their digital transformation agenda and ensure business continuity during solution implementations, oversee the smooth operation of SAP software and the optimal technical performance of all business processes. We identify product gaps, develop solutions to close gaps, and implement specific best practice operations scenarios based on SAP standards to help customers minimize the total cost of ownership of their solution. Additionally, we work with cutting edge technologies within the SAP Business Suite, SAP NetWeaver software solutions, and Cloud based applications and drive the development of necessary supportability features and support offerings.
The Early Talent program offers a fast paced and challenging learning environment and is an ideal starting opportunity for a career at SAP in the CoE. You will develop the fundamental skills to become a successful engineer, including stakeholder and customer management. You will gain a deep understanding of the cloud business model, as well as the SAP business processes across functional borders.
