This role is responsible for providing Enterprise Content Management capabilities, technology, services, and solutions to SCJ business clients to support business strategy.

It will include a variety of technical tools and responsibilities, oversight of service delivery and operations, as well as solution design and development requiring partnership with multiple BPT, Business, and Vendor partners and teams.

This role will also help bring industry specific technical and toolset knowledge into the development of strategic plans for Content and Document Management, Search, and Collaboration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide technical knowledge and skills in SCJ Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications and tools, including IBM FileNet P8, IBM DataCap, and Microsoft SharePoint
 Participate in industry research on ECM strategies, tools, and direction, including Document Management, Records Management and Compliance, Web Content Management, Collaboration, and Search.
 Provide oversight of 3rd party Managed Services operational teams providing Level 1 / 2 support for ECM Tools and Services in order to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service delivery which meets SCJ Governance principles.
 Work with BPT Demand Management and ADMI teams, along with SCJ Business clients, in gathering ECM application requirements and recommending solutions using approved SCJ ECM technologies.
 Provide oversight and leadership to 3rd party project teams in the Design, Develop and Configuration of ECM based applications using approved SCJ ECM technologies including IBM FileNet, DataCap, and Microsoft SharePoint.
 Assist in preparing and delivering ECM Awareness materials to BPT and Business partners, targeted at identifying Value Generation opportunities.
 Assist in the research, definition, and implementation of tools and techniques to provide improved integration between SCJ ECM tools and transactional systems including SAP.
 Provide ongoing client and team communications regarding Project and Service Operation status.
 Follow BPT Work Management and Operating Model practices and methodologies in development and delivery of work requests.
Required Skills:
 Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related area.
 2+ years of Application Development, Content Management, or Service Delivery background preferred.

 Experience programming/configuring business applications.
 Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
 Client and Vendor Management skills
 Troubleshooting & problem solving experience.
 Project management, planning, and coordination experience preferred.
 Proven ability to quickly learn new Information Technology tools and concepts.
 Able to work independently without close supervision.
 Understanding of Enterprise Content Management principles
 Previous experience with ECM technologies
