Edelman Leather, a specialty brand of Knoll has an exciting opportunity for Salesforce professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of SFDC. In addition to administrator duties, this individual will also be challenged with learning and implementing improvements to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 + years of administrator experience and a desire to grow as a developer. A strong consideration will be given to those already possessing adequate developerexperience.

Administrative Tasks

  • Proactively identify and implement improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to help support sales organization processes
  • Support SFDC user base with day-to-day tasks
  • Setup users and maintain security. Create and provide training and materials to help support SFDC user base
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards

Developer Tasks

  • Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex workflow rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain third-party applications
  • Monitor and ensure SFDC data quality through validation and de-duplication processes
  • Develop and maintain data sharing between SFDC and enterprise applications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 + Years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • SFDC Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
  • Experience with end-user support and triage
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage and drive multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and design/deploy solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • SFDC Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM-301), SFDC Certified Platform Developer I
  • Experience with Data Loader, Lightning Experience, Quoting, Forecasting
  • Experience with Triggers, Apex, Visualforce, HTML, SQL/SOQL, Web-to-Lead, Multiple Currencies, Salesforce1
  • Familiarity with Informatica, Mailchimp, Eclipse IDE.
