Managers in this role get to:

  • Grow the company: Prospect for opportunities within specific vertical markets and service offerings; generate qualified sales opportunities and coordinate meetings with senior decision makers
  • Take the lead: Provide insight into campaign and proposal generations
  • Build the team: Oversee recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing executives and staff members
  • Strengthen relationships: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for facilitating meetings and establishing relationships between key executives and Sutherland's outside sales organization
  • Track Sutherland's success: Oversee sales activity information and data


Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Computer Science; or related business experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of Business Process Transformation or technology solution selling experience in the Technology industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Ability to be persuasive in communicating and presenting the scope of
  • Sutherland's products to industry prospects
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
