A pivotal role in Aspire’s mission to provide integrated services, the Associate Medical Director for Psychiatry will work directly with the Medical Director, leading, informing, and representing psychiatric medical staff within Aspire’s “whole health” care delivery system and continuum. This position will fulfill the role of medical director of Aspire’s Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) and work closely with primary care, nursing and other medical specialties. Working with the Medical Director, this position will evaluate and consider actionable data; collaboratively determine patient outcomes to be targeted; develop processes of care that result in improved patient outcomes, and actively work toward integrated practices across the CMHC and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Education and Experience
