What You’ll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking an Associate Director, Social Media to join the Social Media Search team. The Associate Director is a critical member of the RPA Social team, primarily responsible for leading Honda & Acura social strategy to drive consumer engagement across all social platforms.  This role reports directly into the SVP, Group Director Search & Social Media.  The ideal candidate will have strong passion for social media and help develop POVs on industry trends and provide thought leadership pieces.  You’ll be working directly with a PMD for optimization, execution and reporting. Additionally, you will be collaborating with the account management, digital strategy team and external agency partners to identify market opportunities, define market segments and coordinate content development. Candidates will have 5-7 years of paid social experience and 2-3 years of team management of 2+ associates.

How You’ll Excel In Your Role

  • Experience working with PMD such as Unified
  • Working knowledge of native UI such as Facebook Power Editor
  • Expert in social media platforms and their audiences (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Understanding of dynamic pricing model
  • Familiar with 3rd party ad serving solutions
  • Automotive experience
  • Facebook Blueprint and Twitter Flight school certification
  • Communications skills to lead client and vendor calls
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
  • Organizational skills to prioritize team's task
