If you are excited about planning and leading the execution of multi-channel demand creation programs that create demand, then this role is right for you. This Associate Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts in the legal software market. This role will be responsible for both building awareness and demand across multiple product lines globally. The Associate Marketing Manager will lead and manage marketing plans, campaigns and work cross-functionally to define and develop the content that is used to drive engagement across all channels, inbound and outbound marketing; search, website, social, email among others. Our marketing requires an analytic approach, where testing, best practices and measurement is in your DNA.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Channel Marketing and work directly with sales and product management to create compelling content and marketing programs to grow market awareness, brand message, and demand generation enabling sales globally.

Co-develop sales-aligned marketing plan with strategy and demand team and sales for assigned market segment/products.
Use data and analytics to set annual goals that align to business targets
Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, conduct tactical email execution.
Plan audience targeting in conjunction with sales and product marketing to enable focused, persona-based execution.
Be unrelenting in looking for innovative approaches to have impact on the business.
Conduct tactical email execution, sales/marketing play management and execution, nurturing/drip programs set up and monitoring.
Must understand and manage to global privacy rules (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
Project manage each campaign and insure on-time and on-budget production of each campaign.
Write and coordinate copy writing and work with designers to develop program assets.
Utilize automation platform to set up and track campaigns and audience behavior.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify testing and pivoting opportunities for persistent results improvement.
Work directly with sales and sales ops on lead management results, evaluating the value of leads generated.
Communicate campaign progress and results to all relevant internal stakeholders, including monthly marketing inspection meetings and joint sales and marketing impact meetings
Understand the dynamics and intersection of campaign marketing with brand, search, social media, and in-person and virtual events.
Be fully engaged with sales on execution and feedback, adjusting marketing plan as learnings defined.
Have driven desire to see tangible results by focused tracking as well as proof of value via measurement and reporting.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications or demand creation.
2 years’ experience with marketing automation platforms – Hubspot, Act-on, Pardot and Salesforce.com
Experience with demand creation funnel, optimizing leads gen, conversion to opportunities and maximizing ROI – CPL, CPO.
Experience capturing market insights and analyzing trends to provide insights for decision making for the business, marketing, sales, and product development
Experience in in-bound marketing and optimizing content to drive results
Excellent analytical and creative skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Team player; ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
