Youare comfortable at analyzing data, deriving insights from the data, and are able to create go-to-market plans from the uncovered insight and drive results. You are no stranger to taking initiative and executing with excellence. You are resourceful, scrappy and a self-starter with proven ability to execute and work independently. You collaborate well with outside agencies, Professional Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Legal/Regulatory to develop and execute programs and new product introductions. ·Lead and develop successful marketing programs and compelling consumer insights that drive strategy and influence key decisions and growth.·Lead cross- functional teams and collaborate closely withinternal and external partners, including agencies.·Create multi-touch marketing strategies usingdigital, SEO, PR, in-store andsocial mediachannels to execute on integrated plans to impact consumerexperience across the conversion funnel·Uses data and consumer interactions to develop a deep understanding of consumer needs—and effectively educate the broader organization about these needs.·Participates on cross-functional teams in creating and executing tactical plans thatsupport our business strategies.·Analyzesreports and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends. Works withfinance to manage the annual and quarterly forecasts.·Lead continuous A/B testing and predictive marketing techniques to drive consumer conversion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
·BS/BArequired, preferably in marketing, technology or business related field; MBA in Marketingpreferred.·10+yearsexperience.·Experience indigital marketing (Social media, paid search,digital video, PR) and brand marketing, strategy development and consumer marketingrequired.·Retail or Consumer medical/health care marketingexperiencepreferred.·Media and creative agency managementexperiencerequired.·Proficiency withMS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointrequired.
