Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and execution of setup activities for Stable Value Investment Only Clients, Intermediaries, record keepers, etc.
  • Coordination and processing of client transactions, deposits, withdrawals, etc.
  • Support client inquiries and requests
  • Management and resolution of complex service issues
  • Audit response support and coordination
  • Client liaison for internal partners
  • Data management and metrics reporting related to servicing activities (volume, timeliness, quality, etc.)
  • Support to product teams and internal groups for new product development and changes to existing product supportprocesses


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencerequired
  • Minimum of 7 years of retirement services background
  • Investment operations experience with Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit product administration
  • Knowledge of FINRA/DOL regulatory and compliance requirements related to product setup, administration and client interaction; ability to apply complex compliance concepts
  • Experience working withinvestment vehicles commonly used in ERISA-covered plans (i.e. CITs, Insurance Co Separate accounts, general account products)
  • Project management and process management experience
  • Proven prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with ability to partner and build professional relationships in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to react to change in a positive and productive manner
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Ability to handle other essential tasks as assigned
  • FINRA Series 6, Series 63 and State Life Insurance licenses required upon hire
  • Up to 15% travel may be required?
