Amplifon, the world’s largest distributor of hearing aid technology, is searching for an Associate General Counsel who is ready to take on the cornerstone challenges facing our industry.
Amplifon Americas’ accelerated growth requires diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent. If your passion is leading, planning, and implementing legal initiatives that enhance company business, this is the perfect opportunity to amplify your career.

Our teams rely on sound, experienced, and balanced legal support. Rather than forcing your opinion on others, your work will ensure business leaders are educated on the risks and ramifications of their decisions. Part of legal leadership among teams is navigating and being comfortable taking risks. Not crazy risks, but informed appropriate risks measured by compiling, analyzing, and reviewing quantitative & qualitative information.
Bringing a solid understanding of state and federal anti-kickback statutes and experience with retail sales and software/SaaS contracts will get you further faster.
Mergers and acquisitions are how we activate on new opportunities and enable growth across regions and business lines. Having strong M&A experience will allow you to be effective and successful during these time-sensitive projects.
