We’re seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our Strategy team who can work closely across the agency to develop brand strategies that drive big thinking and impactful ideas from start to finish, delivering results and driving business success for clients across the healthcare sector, and for W2O. All W2O employees are currently working remote; once offices re-open, this position can work in any of our offices or continue to work remotely.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the dynamics of client business and industry, the needs of audiences and the role brand strategy can play in delivering success.
Collaborate with team members from account, creative, research & analytics, media along with other strategists to generate impactful ideas and integrated creative approaches that support business goals and objectives.
Participate and play an integral role in brand workshops and brainstorms, internally and externally, to align thinking on brand opportunities and aspirations, and uncover meaningful insights that drive strategy development
Create foundational brand strategy elements for corporate brands such as positioning platforms, brand architectures and creative briefs for both consumer and professional audiences across healthcare.
Present internally and to clients your thinking and ideas through impactful presentations.
Support the internal and external teams to ensure brand strategy is consistently considered and pulled through in execution and activation.
KnowledgeBrand Strategy – knowledge of brand strategy fundamentals and the role brand strategy plays across client business and the agency.
Research – understand research and analytics methodologies, their use cases, and the inputs and outputs of a successful research plan and approach
Measurement – knowledge of measurement approaches and KPIs utilized in marketing programs and campaigns.
BONUS (not mandatory): Understanding of the health ecosystem outside of marketing and communications such as market access, investor relations, corporate reputation, etc.

Experience3+ years of brand strategy experience within an agency
Experience developing branding and creative elements (i.e., creative briefs, positioning, brand storytelling/narrative, brand architecture, etc.).
