Position Summary:

The Regional Marketing Associate Director/Senior Manager, Customer Enterprise, US Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing essential customer strategies and tactics that support the launch of BeiGene's oncology products with thought leaders within the US. This field-based regional marketing role will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics and Development.

There 1 Remote/Field Based Open Position- prefer location in Central Region of the US.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Contribute as a regional marketing manager on the Customer Enterprise team supporting the US launch of zanubrutinib and BeiGene's oncology portfolio
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated thought leader and customer engagement strategies and execution plans in support of the US launch of zanubrutinib
  • Build strong partnerships with external customers and partners and influence commercial strategy with external partners and customers
  • Demonstrate marketing thought leadership and represent BeiGene at key meetings, conferences, and functions, etc.
  • Actively participate in developing speaker bureau strategy and management supporting BeiGene's oncology portfolio and launch of zanubrutinib
  • Execute integrated commercial and marketing strategic plans at national/regional scientific meetings with collaborative and aligned purpose
  • Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Business Operations to ensure alignment of BeiGene's US commercialization strategy, uncover and prioritize market insights, challenges/barriers and solutions
  • Support development of peer-to-peer content and programing including product theaters and other conference promotional education
  • Develop and execute integrated commercial advisory board plans to help inform brand strategies
  • Evaluate and implement innovative key opinion leader (KOL) tactics to drive brand objectives and strategies
  • Contribute actively on all key marketing deliverables including QBR, brand/tactical planning, LRR and CRRs
  • Drive business results, culture and people initiatives aligned with BeiGene mission


  • A minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (including sales, finance, forecasting, market research, etc.)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Oncology sales and/or marketing (hematology experience preferred)
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing meaningful relationships with commercial teams, medical affairs, clinical development colleagues and key opinion leaders
  • Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunity and risks

Education Required:

Advanced degree (e.g. MBA), preferred in business, economics, biological, or medical sciences. At least 6 years of industry experience.

Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite
