We’re looking for someone with the drive to take on the responsibilities of planning, designing, and leading a team in the execution of studies that generate high quality scientific results in support of the development of life-saving medications.

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Lead a team of senior scientists in the scientific content and conduct of Pharmacokinetic Modeling & Simulation services.
  • Has the ability to serve as Principal Investigator for projects or to mentor others in doing so.
  • Takes a lead role in interfacing with clients, specifically involving the most difficult technical challenges.
  • Provides technical training and assistance internally, maintaining very high technical standards for the entire team.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Ph.D. in applicable field plus 10 years related experience.
  • Working knowledge of WinNonlin.
  • Experience in GastroPlus, NONMEM, R, ADAPT, and/or related modeling software desired.
  • Experience using various modeling techniques, including PBPK, PK/PD, popPK, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in drug development process; biologics experiencedesired.
  • Knowledgeable in methods of scientific investigation and statistical evaluation.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication including presentations, negotiation, business, and scientific correspondence.

Education/Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in applicable field plus 10 years related experience.

Experience

  • Skilled in verbal and written communication including performing presentations, negotiating, business, and scientific correspondence. Writing should require little or no external editing.
  • Proven knowledge of business and people management practices in a project team environment.
  • Knowledgeable of methods of scientific investigation and statistical evaluation.
  • Basic computer skills.
