The Associate Director of Regulatory Research and Documentation is responsible for ensuring (Financial Aid, Student Accounts & Loan Assistance) the Student Finance and related areas have appropriate regulatory support in aligning operational policy and procedures with Federal, State, Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense regulations and guidelines. Directing comprehensive and accurate regulatory research is a significant responsibility within this role. The role coordinates written executive summaries and regulatory position papers in collaboration with legal team and communicates to impacted functional areas. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring all student facing consumer information is compliant with regulatory requirements. This includes the website, catalog, all financial aid policies, and all written notifications to students.Key Responsibi
