ROLE of the POSITION
This position exists to assist the unit Director to manage daily operations of the academic advising center for the Honors College. This includes the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that all staff is operating within the unit philosophy and university regulations, be responsible for assisting with the management, supervision, and training of academic advisors. The position will assist with the assessment and analysis of data from MyUNLV (PeopleSoft), MyUNLV Analytics, Campus Connect, and other systems to regulate advisor caseloads and workflow. This position will also advise a caseload of undergraduate students within the Honors College.
This position requires a Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and five years of comparable professional experience.
Salary competitive with those at similarly situated institutions. Position is contingent upon funding.
