Associate Director, MicroStrategy Administration

We’re seeking an Associate Director, MicroStrategy Administration to help us continue to scale and optimize our operations. In this role, you will be a keycontributor to Privia’s Corporate Analytics team in growing user adoption of our MicroStrategy BI platform. Areas of focus will include microstrategy architecture, administration, problem solving, designing solutions, user training and report/dashboard development.

Primary Job Duties:
? Lead MicroStrategy Administration activities: Object Migration, Performance Tuning, User
security, automation scripting.
? Prioritization and project management of team activities while proactively identifying areas
in which analytics efforts can produce a strong value add
? Architecting data structures and reports in a MicroStrategy environment
? Working with several large and complex SQL databases
? Mentoring and development of a team of BI Engineers
? Be innovative and create new solutions with out-of-the-box thinking
? Stay up to date on how our data warehouse and product positioning changes to stay in
line with corporate direction and is an early adopter of incorporating these changes into our
product delivery
? Produce and review product documentation and training materials to ensure content
accuracy and supportability of MicroStrategy work products.
? Work as team player by continually learning and sharing new knowledge
? Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
? Be self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative

Minimum Qualifications:

? 7-10 years of total experience in a business intelligence, data science or engineering role
? Experience with OLAP technologies, SQL, and BI software like Microstrategy
? Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
? Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
? Strong written and verbal communication
? Experience with Python, Java, Tableau, C++ a plus
? Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics,
Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree preferred
? Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
? Superior presentation and demonstration skills
? Working knowledge of healthcare industry and data.
