The Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Production Office is seeking an Associate Director, Military Engines, Program Industrial Projects who is eager to help shape a newly formed team in an industry leading aerospace company. This role will focus on aligning business and industrial strategies and requirements to improve customer delivery. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving results to yield enhanced revenue, customer satisfaction, on time delivery and value for the enterprise. The selected candidate will serve as focal for consistent and reliable support for IPMT and Operations processes and deliverables. These processes and deliverables include, but are not limited to: (1) IPMT and Operations business review preparations, (2), industrial readiness analysis and planning, (3) program industrial project portfolio management. Additional responsibilities: • Drive accountability across functions to identify and overcome program industrialrisks and issues • Develop and deploy capacity assessments, rate ramp and recovery, source qualifications, and transitions project plans for assigned sites and product lines. • Prioritize and manage engineering change industrial readiness, production readiness review (PRR), manufacturing readiness levels (MRL), and industrial recovery project plans. • Align capital and continuous improvement projects to program industrial strategies and plans • Communication of progress and status of activities • Generate and maintain Standard Work for key processes.
Qualification: • 8+ experience in one or more of the following areas: industrial engineering, supply chain, SIOP, capacity planning, capital expenditure management, inventory management, LEAN manufacturing, and/or project management. • Project management certification. • Strong experience in MS Office Programs. (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project) • Experience implementing digitized solutions for key business processes. • Proficiency with MRP systems preferred. • Experience in implementing ACE, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma tools and philosophies.
Education: • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree preferred
