Our Finance organization has an opening for an Associate Director of Military Engines Pricing. This position will involve directing a team of Price Analysts in the preparation of proposals to customers, primarily the U.S. Government, in support of legacy engine programs (F100, F119 and APU).

The Associate Director will be an active member of the Business Acquisition Team that includes representatives from Programs, Business Development, Program Finance, Legal and Engineering. In this role you will also collaborate with value stream participants from Government Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Engineering and Manufacturing Operations. This position has frequent exposure to Senior Leadership Team.

Do you have the ability to lead complex proposals that result in quality, timely and compliant proposals?

You will work frequently with U. S. Government Contracting Officers, and Audit Agencies. You'll be expected to represent Pricing throughout the contracting life cycle process that includes proposal development, audit, negotiation and price certification.

Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred fields include Business, Finance or Management.
  • U.S. Citizen required due to Government Contracts
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Government Proposals and Pricing, Government Finance or Government Compliance required.

How about any of these Preferred Qualifications?

  • MBA or advanced graduate degreepreferred
  • You a hold an active USG Security Clearance
  • You have over 10 years' experience in Government Proposals and Pricing, Government Finance or Government Compliance required with thorough understanding of FAR, TINA and the USG contracting process preferred.
  • You have an excellent social skills and ability to foster positive relationships within the industry, along with a proven record of influencing media outlets and securing positive media coverage
  • Expert written and verbal skills with ability communicate in a straightforward manner. Previous experience in crisis communication required within a corporate environment
  • Hands on experience with structured project management and dynamic problem solver with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio. Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems preferred
