The Director, DT Global Audit & Compliance position is a senior leadership position within the Digital Technology organization, reporting directly to the Pratt & Whitney VP & CIO. Position will be responsible for leading the global governance, risk and compliance program for P&W DT organization. The role will have overall responsibility for the P&W IT systems and controls globally across multiple locations and geographies. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with strong global IT compliance and audit experience, able to lead by influence and persuasion. Primary job responsibilities include

• Responsible for global governance, risk and IT controls environment for P&W DT organization

• Drive organizational compliance program for DT organization for adherence to both internal IT corporate policy and external global regulatory environment, including but not limited to, Sarbanes Oxley, ITAR, ISO, DFAR, and other regulatory agencies and standards

• Provide supervisory oversight for P&W DT Audit and Compliance team

• Partner with P&W DT Business Information Security Officer to calibrate global cyber and risk management activities

• Provide proactive leadership to identify, evaluate and mitigate technical and business risk across global IT systems landscape

• Drive robust and disciplined controls and governance processes, standards and practices across P&W DT organization

• Identify and implement automation strategies to simplify and streamline risk management program across P&W

• Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced control audit program and ongoing risk management program; ensure remediation of internal controls deficiencies

• Partner with UTC Internal Audit and Cybersecurity teams and P&W CFO and Controller’s offices for all IT governance and compliance matters; ensure alignment

• Effectively manage senior executive relationships to mutually accountable, productive and trusted level


Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

• 10 + years of experience in information technology audit and controls
• 10+ years of experience leading global teams
• Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a related field or Advanced studies in these fields and/or attainment of relevant certifications in the fields of information technology, finance, or manufacturing are desirable
• Strong technical understanding of technical hardware and software platforms and applications
• Understanding of the information technology market and industr
• Extensive knowledge of risk assessment, audit methodology, and execution
• Proficiency with global regulatory standards, practices, and policies
• In-depth understanding of business and information technology organizations, processes and management concepts in a manufacturing environment is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex IT issues to non-IT stakeholders
• Systems implementation experience is desirable
