The Associate Director / Director of HR Employee Services will:

  • Provide vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective service delivery model platform, while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization
  • Ensure continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization
  • Establish, publish and monitor / measure procedures, processes, scripts, and SLA’s with COE’s to ensure all internal customers are assisted appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources and their activities, based on metrics
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and subject matter experts in IT, Benefits, Payroll, etc.
  • Serve as an interface between internal / external customers and cross-functional team members to ensure effective definition and efficient delivery of centralized HR Services.
  • Participate in the preparation of staff development plans for staff
  • Handle other duties, as needed


  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience; 3+ years of experience in a Supervisory role; and, 5+ years of experience with Shared Services Delivery and Service Model Platforms within a large enterprise global environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or a related field
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
