Supports the strategic vision for the goBalto System and companion systems.
Supports business growth, efficiencies and compliance through strategic thinking, effective priority setting, a culture of continuous improvement, waste elimination, and increased customer satisfaction through the deployment and continued enhancement of goBalto and companion systems.
Chairs informational sessions of cross-functional teams to identify and bring forth improvements to goBalto and its consistent adoption across Covance.
In collaboration with Director, develops, implements and enforces policies, procedures, SOPs and Job Aids related to goBalto and companion systems.
Executes defined reporting requirements around goBalto project performance metrics
Acts as principal Subject Matter Expert for goBalto and other systems when needed to support other Departmental Directors and Senior Management
Supports integration and alignment within and across the larger commercial organization
Maintains working knowledge of relevant, BU-specific technical and regulatory environments, relevant company policies (i.e. HR), etc
Ensures effective business continuity
Participates in client audits for goBalto as required
Bachelors degree in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
PMP Cert and Advanced Degree recommended
Minimum of 12 years direct CRO/pharma experience with 7 years in a supervisory role preferred
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
