Responsible for providingsupport in the overall strategy, design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization'scompensation programs to ensure market-competitiveness and best practices. The position isresponsible for ensuring thatcompensation programs, policies and proceduressupport the organizations strategic objectives and they are in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures and all federal and state legal requirements.
Oversees the Performance Management function. Serves as Lead Compensation Manager for key strategiccompensation initiatives such as Executive Compensation andsupporting key senior executives, officer nomination analytics, and operations and incentive pay plan development. Supports the acquisitions management team, global/internationalcompensation management, provide consultation to operating divisions asrequired.
7 to 10 years of directly applicable experience in required compensation specialty. Bachelor's degree required and Masters preferred. CCP certification preferred.
