We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director with a background in writing to help supervise the creative development of projects for our clients. Working alongside the creative director, the successful candidate will be skilled at recognizing the spark of an idea inside an individual or a team and growing that idea into a compelling strategy that produces results. And in the process, find a way to totally disrupt the playing field. Because it’s no longer simply about making ads. You have to move people with powerful connections that sell.
Bilingual written, and spoken, and proven knowledge of Hispanic market a must. Good understanding of and experience of multicultural markets and culture.
Of course, you’ll need to have a brain for storytelling and demonstrate a range of writing skills that produce compelling work across all types of media. You should also have an understanding of how to influence a shopper using non-traditional and digital media. Videos and print are elementary. But augmented reality experiences and AI chatbots that guide a shopper toward a purchase? Now we’re talking.
Our associate creative directors display excellent critical thinking skills as well. Not only are they required to make stylistic decisions, they’re adept at supervising individuals and teams to make sure projects stay on schedule and on strategy. They’re also tightrope walkers, balancing between the brands we represent and internal processes while juggling a myriad of projects. And yes, they can direct a strategy across a variety of platforms without spilling a drop of coffee.
In other words, our ideal candidate will be someone who knows when to play by the rules. And when to throw them all out and call down the lightning.
