We are an award-winning, B2B marketing agency with a 20-person creative team. We produce great work at a speedy, but healthy pace. We work hard, but have fun and believe in work-life balance. You will report to our VP of Creative Services and work with a Copywriter and Art Director on assigned accounts. This role may be right up your alley:

Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and thoughtful creative concepts for B2B marketing campaigns, including mood boards, presentations, messaging and art direction
- Present ideas to key client and internal stakeholders in a confident and compelling manner
- Make yourself a “timely expert” towards the creative needs of our clients in order to provide necessary creative insights and project leadership
- Manage two direct reports, providing clarity, constructive feedback, mentorship and professional development support
- Collaborate with creative, project management, technology and account teams to complete deliverables
- Track and log time spent working on projects
- Participate in regular brainstorm, department and agency meetings
- Execute on personal annual performance goals
- Support other team members as needed
Qualifications
- An online portfolio that shows a range of digital and interactive campaign work, with rationale for each approach
- Strong understanding of how messaging and art direction work together to bring a campaign idea to life
- Ability to develop creative concepts that work across a variety of media, including web, social media, print and video
- Effective communication, social and interpersonal skills, with a great attitude
- Ability to handle critique and conflict like a champ
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office as needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, design, marketing, advertising or related field from an accredited university or college
- 10+ years of overall creative experience with 5+ years working in an agency environment
