Job Description:

We invite you to join the Global Information Security team at Bank of America as a Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be using the experience you have gained throughout your career to provide hands-on operational deployment and support for commercial and custom software applications.

While mainly working within Microsoft and Linux environments, you will be an individual contributor responsible for researching, designing, engineering, implementing, and supporting information security technologies.

Required Skills:

Design, test, implement changes/additions to Safenet Luna HSMs in the PKI Infrastructure.
• Systems Engineering and Deployment experience
• Proficient in Windows and Linux access systems
• In-depth knowledge of the various phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of database systems
• Knowledge of policy-based and risk adaptive access controls.
• Must be able to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization

(1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders

(2.) To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced

(3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning

(4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.

(5.) To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
