As an Associate Immigration Attorney, you will conduct consultations to determine the type of relief
potential clients qualify for under immigration law and criminal law. You will provide clients with a
roadmap to navigate while their petitions are filed, and you will provide them with a list of
benefits and/or expectations that each relief will provide for them. You will also attend USCIS appointments, make court appearances and based on your court experience, you may represent our clients in Immigration Court.
