Job Summary (Primary function)
The Associate Director, RPA Business Lead is a member of the digital innovation team and is responsible for providing management and leadership for intelligent and robotic process automation initiatives across Incyte. The role partners with teams both domestic and global to successfully design, develop and deliver large-scale RPA implementations and support in accordance with RPA best practices. The position plays a critical leadership and partnership role in developing, executing, and governing the technology strategy for Incyte’s global RPA platform.
The Associate Director, RPA Business Lead is accountable for driving widespread adoption and deployment of Robotic Process Automation across the global organization. Additionally, this role is responsible for considering broader Intelligent Process Automation opportunities where they will support the value proposition of enabling speed, scale, and productivity.
