Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated communications plans that establish the company's voice and position the brand to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the organization, the public and the media. Oversees all brand communications, media relations, social media, content development, issues management and crisis communications across Baptist Health Corporate, spanning the four counties and all entities/locations. Serves as senior counsel to executive team on communications strategies and implications. Provides strategic direction and oversight for the teams responsible for key message development to internal and external audiences, content production and distribution, social media engagement, reputation management, as well as Baptist Health's process and positioning for crisis communications.
Requires a master's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, management, or related field.
Minimum Experience: 10 years with a concentration on corporate and executive communications, media relations, social media, content management, crisis response and issues management.
Seeking an experienced professional who has a proven record of developing and executing company-wide communications strategies, and serves as communications counsel for senior-level executives, helping to shape consistent and impactful messaging across a highly complex and fast-paced organization. The individual must be highly agile and be comfortable working on daily deadlines, and also must have extensive experience in crisis communications and issues management, media relations strategy, social media strategy, reputation management, and content development and distribution. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
