Due to exciting growth and recent promotions with Barclays US Colleague Experience team, a new Assistant Vice President of Colleague Development role has recently been opened in Henderson, NV. We are currently seeking individuals who can serve as strategic partners within the business and will be aligned to deliver career development consultation and resources, quality trend analysis and other performance-based solutions that engage colleagues in business operations


What will you be doing?

You main responsibility will be to support colleague and organizational development activities for our US operational business areas including virtual channels, fraud, collections and other organizational development activities for our US operational business areas including virtual channels, fraud, collections and others


You will also partner with business operational leads and other stakeholders to construct and deliver, career pathing, leadership and management learning programs that develop managers, top talent and other emerging leaders, as well as other engagement activities with colleagues


What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in adult learning theory, instructional design, organizational development, talent management, business administration or relevant experience
•5+ years’ management experience
•2+ years working knowledge of learning and development strategies and tactics, including needs assessment,program/content development, methods of delivery and program evaluation
•2+ years demonstrated skills in a variety of training methods, to include classroom, virtual learning, eLearning, and blended solutions
