Assure claim operations delivers prompt investigation and timely resolution of all claims by organizing staff and workflows to maximize service and productivity and managing day to day branch operations.




*** Prepare and submit annual budget, establish an expense control program, and review and approve expenses to meet budget constraints.


*** Select, train, and develop an effective and efficient department, by ensuring Performance Reviews are conducted in accordance with corporate guidelines, reviewing Performance results, developing actions plans to improve, and recommending and approving salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and dismissals.


*** Develop managers and supervisors through training in management techniques such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.


*** Monitor operations, productivity reports, new and pending claim volume, and staff and recommends necessary changes in methods, procedures, structure, and additions or changes in personnel to secure optimum utilization of resources.


*** Administer all policies and procedures, communicates to staff, and ensure compliance with Best Practice, SOPs, and Carrier and Client specific standards and objectives.


*** Develop the claim adjudication system and organize workflow for maximum productivity.


*** Guide claim supervisors to ensure proper investigation and timely equitable disposition of claims.


*** Approve reserve recommendations, establish reserves, make recommendations on reserves exceeding authority, and analyze and review reserve adequacy of a sampling of open claim files to ensure exposure is properly reflected.


*** Participate in sales presentations and meetings with current accounts to support corporate revenue objectives.
