Citi's Graduate Recruitment & Program Management (GRPM) Team is seeking an AVP, Campus Recruiter to hire and develop top talent for Citi's Technology Graduate Programs. You will recruit the best and brightest to join our Institutional Clients Group, Enterprise Infrastructure Operations &Technology and Consumer Technology organizations.
The AVP, Campus Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber candidates are attracted to Citi through appropriate on campus marketing and effective screening of candidates. This role will manage the on-campus efforts for a select group of target schools for both the summer internship and full-time recruiting efforts.
include, but are not limited to:
Work with school teams to create on-campus strategy at assigned target schools. Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews
Secure coverage for and attend on campus and in-house events
Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts
Manage relationships with key contacts in the business and at career centers
Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process - be able to market the Firm, answer questions and communicate candidate status
Manage summer intern programs including onboarding, training, placements, events, performance management and offers
Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring statistics as requested
Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Travel domestically 20-25% during peak campus recruiting seasons
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 3+ years of campus recruiting or other relevant experience
Manage performance and evaluation processes
Oversee Compensation processes and communication
Strategic thinker and execution skills to enhance program structures and drive initiatives forward
Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment & Program Management
Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and expectations
Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Flexibility for travel and to work some early morning and evening hours as needed during peak seasons
