Assistant Vice Present, Electronic Channel Strategist
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Financial Institute in the mission to be a trusted life-long financial partner. This position is responsible for strategic road map development, vendor management, member experience and utilization, and overall operations to include online and mobile products and services, remote deposit capture, electronic payment services and bill pay.
Provide leadership to the organization and staff by promoting and modeling the Vision, Mission, Values and Team Principles.
Establish strong working relationships with other departments (e.g. consumer lending, commercial lending, residential, retail branch operations, etc.) to identify opportunities for product integration and optimization.
Identify winning strategies to drive revenue through digitalchannels.
Lead ongoing competitive intelligence and monitoring of electronic channeltechnology.
Serve as the subject matter expert to guide strategic decisions and investments in electronic channels.
Drive product and service strategy, as well as leading the launch of new products in the market place.
Oversee operations that support and fulfill electronic channel products and services.
Develop business and user requirements for new products, and work with various internal departments and vendors to develop, integrate and launch new products into market.
Manage all activities to meet or exceed annual plan objectives within assigned budget.
Select electronic channel vendors and serve as primary relationship manager.
Provide input to Human Resources for electronic services training and support programs for employees, as required for efficient implementation and ongoing support of electronic delivery channels.
Support ongoing growth of this division with oversight of product performance and industry trends.
Lead ongoing management of online and mobile products, including development and implementation of new features and product enhancements, as well as optimization of ongoing product performance and user experience.
Ensure consistent member experience and manage delivery costs.
Develop and maintain a current knowledge of the financial services industry, industry trends in online banking, mobilebanking and electronic channels, and State and Federal regulations affecting electronic channels.
Provide unparalleled service to both internal and external members in accordance with the Service promises.
Create and/or develop long lasting relationships with internal and external members, vendors, federal and state regulators and other business contacts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Five years of full-time experience demonstrating progressively greater responsibilitiesworking with electronic delivery systems, such as online and mobile product management.
Credit Union and / or banking experience preferred.

? Ability to work independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
? Strong project management and teamwork skills with a proven ability of completing assignments and projects on time.
? Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Ability to coordinate at all levels of the organization utilizing outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
? Must be able to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
? Must be able to effectively articulate (both written and verbal) product concepts, requirements, and use with members, staff, vendors, credit union volunteers, financial institutions, federal examiners, auditors, and community leaders.
