Assistant to the CFO-Administrative
*The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting a very Sr. Level Executive and who can work with and at the C suite level.

The 43-acre scenic campus is nestled between the Gulf of Maine and the mountains of Acadia National Park.
Some of the best hiking and biking in the world (over 50 square miles of mountains, lakes, views and dramatic coastline) is accessible from the campus.
One mile from downtown Bar Harbor, which offers a vibrant downtown district with a plethora of restaurants, shops, museums and galleries.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks autonomously, including maintaining sensitive files, scheduling meetings as well as arranging travel.
Organize contracts and develop and administer complex databases.
Facilitate logistics for meetings and events that include internal as well as external participants.
Reconcile and submit travel and expense reports in a timely manner.
Organize, gather and assemble information for board meetings and other presentations.
Provide back-up support to and carry out special projects as requested.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is pro-active, enthusiastic and professional in all work assignments and interactions and have demonstrated excellent organizational ability.
Must have demonstrated, strong administrative skills including work supporting senior management.
Must be able to multi-task on a variety of assignments while remaining focused.
Must be agile and adaptable in dealing with changing priorities and tasks.
Must be detail oriented with excellent time management skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
Paralegal experience is a plus.
