Works closely with Executive Director to develop and assist in the execution of global marketing plans and strategies related to the Skincare with a focus on Asian franchises and sampling.



  • Leads category competitive analysis and stays abreast of market and consumer trends, global and local. Actively researches and identifies trends in the market.

  • Participates in the conceptual development of marketing programs considering strategic fit.

  • Partners with cross functional groups to bring new programs to market on time and in line with business objectives. (Includes but not limited to Global Business Planning, Global Business Supply Chain (GBSC), Product Development, Packaging, Design, Global Supplier Relations (GSR), Creative, Education)

  • Leads GPPD discussions for respective programs.

  • Tracks key timetable dates to ensure team is aware of and managing key deadlines in coordination with GBSC.

  • Prepares all paperwork to initiate new projects and development of all support elements. (Includes but not limited to Program Briefs, Creative work requests and briefs to the following partner groups: Product Development, Advertising, Creative/Merchandising, PR, Education, Special Events, Online, etc.)

  • Works with Executive Director to develop forecast briefs to Global Business Planning to develop new product forecast estimates in line with strategy.

  • Works with Executive Director to develop new product pricing recommendations and collaborates with International Pricing and Regions to finalize recommendation.

  • Develops COGs estimates in partnership with strategic finance and liaises with cross-functional team to ensure target COGs is met. Manage COGs updates through completion of new product development.

  • Works with Executive Director to develop product concept, positioning, development, all testing and claims, and communication of technologies and benefits in coordination with Product Development.

  • Prepares forecast offerings and bulletins detailing new program introduction and execution.


  • Assists Executive Director in development and implementation of business strategy and 3 year plan.

  • Prepares regular category reviews, strategies, and programs, including new product launches and repromote activities. Performs ad hoc analyses as needed to drive business decisions.

  • Supports Executive Director in value analysis efforts.


  • Tracks the development of launch/marketing support programs with the cross-functional team (e.g. Creative, Digital, Merchandising, Public Relations, Education, Special Events) and local markets through CPMS and IMW

  • Ensures Creative requests are accurate and up-to-date.


  • Prepares presentations for various senior management meetings, as well as strategy, brand summit, regional roundtables, competitive reviews, etc.

  • Prepares recaps following meetings with partner groups and international regions.



  • Position requires creativity and thorough knowledge in all areas of marketing, including the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing programs, and knowledge of global market and consumer trends.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a high level of creativity and curiosity.

  • Strong project management skills. Ability to lead a cross-functional team and work with and through others to achieve common goals.

  • Knowledge of functions of product development, packaging design, advertising and sales, and their effect on product marketability.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter who takes a proactive approach to ensure all deliverables are met.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

  • College degree.

  • Position requires 4 years relevant work experience.

  • Previous global and/or applied marketing experiencerequired.

  • Marketing/Brand Management experience within Prestige Cosmetics industry a plus.

  • Experience in or knowledge of Asian Skincare is a plus.
