Works with Executive Director to develop and execute strategic, integrated and consumer-centric go-to-market promotional programs with 360 campaign activation for Skincare, Makeup, Paid Sampling, and the Pink Ribbon program (net $ contribution of $245MM).
Work with Executive Director to develop innovative promotional programs with strong storytelling, and a complete 360 activation to recruit new consumers and protect our loyal consumers.
Lead the development and execution of High Performance Skincare Retail Sets & GWP, Foundation Sets Mascara Sets, Makeup Palettes, Paid Sampling and the Pink Ribbon program. Lead program from inception to market always ensuring program stays on track and within cost targets.
Have a digital mindset in creation of all programs and campaign planning. Have complete knowledge in social media and be an active user in order to have an understanding of what is needed to win in promotions.
Work with Executive Director to drive Creative 360 meetings to collaborate with Creative and Consumer Engagement teams to identify digital first, consumer engagement strategy for all digital (social, in-store and advertising) support element for assigned programs to ensure there is a new story each season with a cohesive message at all consumer touch points.
Solicit feedback on current 360 initiatives and research new opportunities to evolve strategies.
Work closely with Global Skincare Marketing and Global Makeup Marketing to ensure product mix strategy is aligned with category objectives.
Work closely with all markets (International & North America) to ensure we are meeting regionally relevant needs.
Work with Design and Packaging to brainstorm new breakthrough innovative packaging, component and vehicle ideas.
Lead PPD discussion, driving program development and ensuring programs stay on track. Lead resolutions for challenges that arise.
Create feasibilities for all programs reducing costs where possible. Evaluate Preliminary and Final COG’s for each program. Track global COG on all sets, updating quarterly.
Responsible for preparing and updating all paperwork to initiate and execute all assigned programs in the Innovation Portal, GMW, CPMS.
Issues copy for all assigned programs.
Approve packaging artwork and insert cards.
Work with Executive Director to write and post Global Offerings for assigned programs, communicating the overarching strategy for each season based on product priorities.
Analyze and Evaluate Forecast recaps.
Prepare Creative Turnover presentation each season and present to creative support groups.
Ensure Coop Advertising layouts are brand enhancing and linked to launch and priority focuses.
Work with NOAM on pricing strategy for all sets.
Monitors competition to identify any gaps, should be well versed in NPD.
Oversee Administrative Assistant ensuring she is coordinating all comps for creative turnover and meetings.
Assist in preparation for Senior Management meetings, retailer presentations and Regional Round Tables.
Assist Executive Director with special projects as needed.
5 Years related experience.
Excellent Organization, communication and follow-through skills are needed.
Multi-functional, flexible to handle ever changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. IBM, AS 400, IPS, IMW, CPMS, GMW, and NPD to be learned
