JOB DUTIES:

Job functions include Manages and creates large volumes of Purchase Orders including high dollar and highly detailed Purchase Orders, create new Network Purchasing Item ID's, creates capital projects, financial reporting and analysis, data entry for financial metrics trackers, May also be responsible for providing the highest possible quality and reliability in both clerical and technical areas, including interfacing with various departments such as: Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Tax, Purchasing, Network Finance, Network Engineering and Operations, IT etc.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Must have working and demonstrative knowledge of Oracle/PeopleSoft (Purchasing System) Must have working and demonstrative knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Must be able to multitask and prioritize assignments Must have at least 5+years experience in an inventory/finance role/and minimum associates level degree Must have excellent communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS:

Must be highly proficient utilizing Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related Windows-based software in addition, Google G Suite Experience is a plus Must be able to work as part of a Budget Team in a Engineering office environment. Must have the ability to support a group of 150 plus. Knowledge of PeopleSoft (Purchasing System) i.e., creation of purchase orders. Ability to multitask and prioritize the assignments as and when required. Minimum Associates degree or 5+ years of experience.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 5+years experience in an inventory/finance role/and minimum associates level degree Advanced level degree or CPA
