As Assistant Director, Pension Administration, you will collaborate on a wide range of complex pension administration projects. You will act as a project manager and intermediary with regard to daily communications with clients, carry out client projects, contribute to the management of accounts receivable as well as personnel management.

• Superior and consistent management of concurrent pension plan administration projects
• Interpret business needs to transform them into complete project plans in accordance with objectives, budgets, schedule, deliverables and to the established quality standards
• As responsible for the day-to-day management of the projects, oversee the progress of the team's work in accordance with the objectives set
• Act as the main current resource person for clients with regard to service delivery
• Manage client expectations, and bring relevant issues to the attention of senior advisors and account managers
• Establish a relationship of trust with client contacts through effective communication and value-added advice
• Liaise with colleagues from other practices and regions when mandates touch on broader issues for the client. client
Excellence
• Provide value-added consulting services in the administration of pension plans, including with regard to best practices, suppliers in the market, cost issues and return on investments , pros and cons of various solutions, etc.
• Manage and perform day-to-day pension plan administration work
• Prepare pension benefits in accordance with plan provisions
• Calculate annuities
• Prepare correspondence
• Prepare payment regulations and authorizations
• Produce annual pension statements for employees of various clients
• Process declarations to be filed with government authorities (eg, FE and FER)
• Se Responsible for the record keeping and filing of all work produced

• Perform technical review of other resource work
• Effectively analyze and resolve client issues
• Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions that meet clients' needs in terms of pension plan administration and other more general human resources needs.
