The Department of Pediatrics at Louisiana State University Health in Shreveport is seeking full-time BC/BE Endocrinologist.

Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities include patient care, resident education, and medical student education. Protected time is available to pursue clinical and/or laboratory research interests. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Children’s Hospital at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport is the only major academic medical center in the area and receives patients from a catchment area with a radius of approximately 75-100 miles which includes a population of approximately 1½ million people. The Pediatric Department is a large academic multi-specialty department with active clinical and basic research programs.

Shreveport is an attractive, comfortable, small Southern city with excellent schools, good restaurants, and multiple cultural opportunities. It is an excellent place to raise children.
