Provide Asset Management, Configuration Management (CM), Quality Assurance (QA), Program/Project (PP), Requirements Analysis (RA), Risk Management (RM), and Software Engineering (SE) support service Plan, AF SEAM Configuration Management processes, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Support activities will range across the CM, QA, PP, RA, RM, and SE activities. Provide support required by current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives.
15+ years experience in asset management, inventory tracking, and system analysis including at least 5 years experience in the DoD. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must have strong background in asset and inventory management, configuration management, requirements gathering and analysis, and risk assessment. Progressive experience in managing configuration of software, engineering documents, design drawings, engineering changes and notices, and planning/conducting design audits to enable government ownership of the program technical baseline. Capable of producing and maintaining well-written documentation to meet management and contract requirements. Familiar with the full life cycle of the procurement process. Must be organized and detail oriented. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and demonstrate strong customer service skills. Must be a US Citizen.
